Working in the Commercial team:

The Commercial team is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of both internal and external stakeholders to serve the interests and objectives of our clients and the company.

Your responsibilities as a Financial Coordinator:

  • Responsible for the qualitative management, analysis, and interpretation of data, and ensuring efficient internal processes in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Follow up on and resolve questions and complaints from internal and external stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Apply processes and risk controls (such as SOX) to ensure operational accuracy, and proactively monitor to prevent incidents.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting (such as accruals, reconciliations) and track KPIs.
  • Contribute to projects by providing relevant input, test scenarios, and improvement proposals, and collaborate with IT on prioritization.
    • Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders for invoice verification, payment follow-up, and reporting.

Our ideal Financial Coordinator:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • You are capable of analyzing financial information and reporting on it.
  • You possess the necessary sense of responsibility to make independent decisions on files and articulate and justify these decisions to various stakeholders (clients, internal and external partners, etc.).
  • You maintain an overview of End-to-End operational processes and oversee their execution to initiate follow-up and necessary escalations.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are focused on continuous improvement.
    • You are proficient in MS Office tools and have the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
