About Our Client

Our partner, active in the energy sector, is looking for the best & brightest freelance billing expert to assist them in their long term projects.

Job Description

Responsibilities :* Participating in Billing-related projects, including business requirements, UAT coordination, operational guidelines, and even leading small projects ;

  • Documenting and training high-risk operational tasks to ensure future follow-up and increase flexibility, ultimately taking the billing team to a higher level ;

  • Evaluating existing billing processes and providing improvement proposals ;

  • Handling additional billing-related tasks as they arise.

The Successful Applicant

Profile :* Medior/senior level experience in billing within a utilities environment, preferably the energy market ;

  • A team player with a dynamic approach, ready to collaborate and contribute to our Customer Service team ;

  • Fluent in both English & Dutch, French is a plus ;

  • Strong IT knowledge.
