Your role

  • Act as the right-hand of the HR Manager.
  • As a result of a merger, researching and managing a number of matters, such as the introduction of meal vouchers, making calculations and simulations (in collaboration with a social secretariat), checking data, ...
  • Responsible for supporting work with regard to the Works Council and the Syndical Delegation, such as preparing the agenda, preparing documents, attending meetings, investigating questions, ...
  • Coordinating and managing the HR cycle around profit and performance management, to ensure a correct and timely delivery.
  • Support various HR projects.

Your profile

  • You have a relevant background in roles such as HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, HR Analyst.
  • You have strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • You have very good problem-solving skills.
  • You are highly organized.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
