Your role

  • You are responsible for the HR management of around 450 people, both blue and white collars.
  • You supervise and coach a team of 4 people.
  • Together with the HR team, you ensure the hiring, development, performance, rewarding, engagement and wellbeing of the people.
  • As a partner for the business, you counsel (line) managers, and you engage them to apply the HR policy in their units.
  • You identify and implement potential HR improvements and new approaches
  • You maintain the social relations with the unions and you participate in the CPPT as an expert.
  • You participate in the Management Committee.

Your profile

  • You have a relevant background in a general HR Manager position, within the production sector. Experience in the food industry is a big plus.
  • You possess strong people management and communication skills.
  • You are experienced in social relations.
  • You are good at bringing structure.
  • You are fluent in Dutch.
