About Our Client

Our client is a retail company with stores and an e-commerce business.

Job Description

  • Identify and lead IT projects developments related to the software applications in order to

meet business process requirements in various functional domain such as (design, buying,

logistics, and store sales)

  • Perform first line functional support and liaise with our ERP editor and other software

solutions partners

  • Responsible for all back office applications related to the client’ s value chain (products,

tariffs, orders, receptions, stocks, inventories, internal transfers, prices,…). Make sure

processes are up to date and correctly executed internally.

  • Take the lead with our IT partner in order to maintain and support the Information System’s

(IS) infrastructure in accordance with technical and functional specifications

  • Be the main point of contact with our logistic partners in order to coordinate stock arrival

and warehouse dispatching (2 times per year)

  • Be the single point of contact with all our telecommunication and network related suppliers

The Successful Applicant

5 years of proven experience in a similar role

Excellent communication skills

French and good command of English
