Our client is currently in a reorganization phase. In this context, we are looking for a Freelance Purchasing Leader into manage a team of several buyers and project buyers. This role is based in Limburg.
Job Description
As Freelance Purchasing Leader you will report to the CEO and:
- Define and develop the purchasing strategy of the company
- Set-up processes, methodology and KPIs
- Coach the team of Project Buyers and Procurement Specialists
- Represent purchasing in cross functional projects
- Handle the handover with the future Purchasing Leader
- Proven experience in purchasing
- Mandatory experience in industry (automotive, chemistry, aerospace, etc)
- People-management skills are one of your strengths.
- English is mandatory
- You are stress resistant and have strong communication skills
- Length: 6 months (with possible extension) - Michael Page Interim Management
- Location: Limburg
