YOUR ROLE

  • You understand the talent needs for the future to be able to execute talent strategies, both for sourcing and recruitment needs.
  • You support, advise, and work closely with the European HR team.
  • You assess processes and procedures and improve or adapt ways of working.
  • You participate in projects such as employer branding, communication, candidate journey, strategic workforce, D&I, market & hiring trends, etc.
  • You are responsible for the recruitment of some high profiles.
  • You lead the Talent Acquisition team.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition and development of strategies.
  • You have experience as a people manager.
  • You have experience in a similar mission in a changing & growing environment and where you improved the talent acquisition, preferably in the life sciences industry.
  • You have experience in improving processes, procedures, and tools within TA.
  • You are fluent in English.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
  • Duration: 6 months and maybe longer
