What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who wants to excel in an international working environment by continuously engaging the right talent for Cinionic. As part of the Talent & People team, the Talent Acquisition Specialistcan take on the following challenges:

· Recruitment of marketing, sales, operations, support and innovation profiles, on different levels, in Belgium and globally.

· Partner with different stakeholders. (e.g. the hiring managers, HR Director, …)

· Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, selecting, interviewing and assessing candidates.

· Implement different sourcing strategies to attract and hire the best talent.

· Bring our story and career opportunities to life for active and passive candidates.

· Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the complete recruitment process.

· Partner with the right external partners.

· Optimize HR Projects: e.g. Employer branding, onboarding, …

Your Profile

As a fast-paced and dynamic team, we are looking for someone who shares our passion for results and cinema. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, no two days will be the same. You are an ideal fit if this is you:

· You’re a fascinating storyteller with strong relationship building skills.

· You have excellent communication skills.

· You already have experience in recruiting white collar profiles on different levels, internationally.

· You have an international mindset, are fluent in English and flexible to work with different time zones.

· Self-motivated, self-governing, organized, and with strong attention to detail

Your experience

If you’ve got these in your background, we should talk.

· A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

· At least 5 years experience in recruitment, using innovative ways to attract new talents

· Fluent in English
