Tasks and deliverables/Taken en deliverables

• Identify the epics & stories allowing the different POs to cover their "real" needs

• Participate in the development and analysis of stories representing business needs and their application as a solution in co-construction with the rest of the team

• Keep up to date (evolution proposal if useful) and compile functional documentation of the applications

• Build a helicopter view of applications and their application context

• Identify the functional tests (acceptance criteria) of the stories taking into account the potential cascading impacts

• Identify tests that need to be automated or updated

• Establish a testing culture distributed among the different members of the team

• Monitor the daily operation of productive applications

• Actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies (daily, refinement, review, retro, demo,…)

• Strictly respect the priorities set at the beginning of the sprint and ensure that the requests received are discussed for the planning of a subsequent sprint

• Communicate effectively with the team and other stakeholders

• In collaboration with the various POs and the SM, set up a mechanism for prioritizing during sprints in order to offer customers a quality service while allowing the realization of the team’s roadmap

• Provide solutions to identify and resolve situations where priority conflicts could arise and where the team cannot commit without jeopardizing its proper functioning

• Stimulate and participate in the continuous improvement of the team

Profile/Profile

Hard Skills

• Experienced analyst, you have a good knowledge of methodologies and best practices in terms of analysis (UML – mainly activity diagrams)

• Relevant experience of Scrum operation

• Affinity/experience with testing
