Job Title: Functional Analyst medior

Location: Melle, Belgium

Duration: 12 months+ extensions

Tasks:

You work together with developers and business.
You will participate in the technical design of the solution.
You are responsible for the functional design within the application.
You are responsible for developing the functional tests.
This includes both testing within the application itself and testing in collaboration with other product teams to facilitate and test integrations.
You help to improve the ITIL processes that were set up within ServiceNow.
This also includes improving integrations with third parties.
You are able to turn problems into concrete solutions.
You actively work on knowledge retention and knowledge transfer to colleagues.
You communicate clearly, clearly and in a timely manner to all stakeholders.
You will participate in the estimation and planning of the various set-up and development activities for various initiatives.
You handle incidents assigned to the service management support team.
