Our Global Partnership Manager is part of the Global Service Development Team that works with Lead Generation, Product Management , Strategic Partnerships, and Industry tuned Centers of Excellence. The team works closely with Intrum commercial organization, both globally and in the markets.
The role
- Global Partnership pursuit, design, negotiation and implementation
- Plana global partnership strategy based on:
- Enhanced client value proposition
- Benefits to Intrum (additional sales, lead generation, boosting service offering)
- Partner’s business area (ERP/PSP/fintech/resellers/data analytics)
- Industry verticals (Banking & financial services, SME, E-commerce, B2B)
- Pro-actively scan the market to identify suitable partners to deliver a better target client & customer journey
- Investigate where local or regional successful partnerships could be distributed to other markets or be taken to the global level
- Developa partnership end to end process including governance
- Implementation & Value realization
- Negotiate and determine the contract terms and a detailed pricing
- Align with regulators (if applicable)
- Implement the partnership and the established service offerings
- Go-to-market in selected / relevant countries, with local support for implementation
- Act as the Centre of Excellence Network on partnerships with the local markets and global industry verticals
- Realize the revenue potential
Qualifications;
- Master degree in Business Management or Administration, or related field is preferred. The right experience can compensate for lack of relevant degree or education
- Senior experience as commercial and/or business developer ideally having worked with setting up partnerships
- Experienced in working in a multinational context, relevant experience working in a matrix/group role is an asset
- Relevant network and understanding of the broad credit management industry and related ecosystem in Europe.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English

The Partnership Business Development Manager reports to Global Service Development Director. Location depends on the candidate.
