About our role:
Our client is a leading banking company, looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Go To Market Officer. In this role, you will help to increase and maximize customer satisfaction, acquisitions, activations, cross-selling, up-selling and more for the daily banking segment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team, and make a real impact on the user experience for the customers in the Belgian market. What you will be doing:
You will ensure the relevance of the messages to enhance customer and employee engagement.

Optimize customer journeys to improve the overall customer experience.

Play a crucial role in implementing, approving, and assessing Go To Market RPB activities and initiatives.

You will contribute to achieve business objectives and ensure customer and employee satisfaction via relevant initiatives for employees, customers and prospects.

You will be responsible for drawing up briefings, establishing the background, objectives, KPIs, targeting, customer journey, USP, events, budget, timings and more.

You will be responsible for the quality of the deliverables developed for your segment

You will oversee, assess, compare and evaluate the performances of your Go To Market plan and your activities.

You will be able to think conceptually meaning that you can put forward and challenge ideas and creative concepts for projects under your responsibility, in order to achieve business outcomes.

What you bring:
Proven experience in project management & implementation of communication strategies within financial industry

Familiar with the agile methodology

Strong experience in internal communication & direct campaigning. Online campaign analysis & permanent optimization

You are customer-oriented, very communicative, assertive, creative and proactive.

Team player

Strong communication skills (written and oral) in Dutch OR French, and English
