Your role:

  • Growing a deep understanding of the product
  • Assisting customers to make the purchase process, financing options, subscriptions etc and to get the most out of their purchase and use all features to the fullest
  • Providing customer feedback to the business to enhance product development
  • Constantly looking at how to improve the customer experience in terms of processes
  • Troubleshooting, looking for both effective and efficient solutions for problems
  • Overall, enjoying being an integral part of each customer’s satisfaction

About you:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit!
  • Native level French and fluent English (German is a plus)
  • Bachelor degree
  • Has 0-3 years experience in the same role with at least a first experience in a customer contact role
  • Is able to make a customer smile, even from behind a phone or computer
  • Combines strong empathy with a solution-minded, goal-oriented mindset and approach
  • A true team player who takes ownership and looks out for your colleagues
