Job Description

The Global Head of Commercial Excellence and CRMmanages all Commercial Excellence initiatives aiming at:

  • Developing Group sales, marketing and customer experience standards at group level (processes and methodologies);
  • Defining and tracking Group sales and customer experience KPIs;
  • Steering the group of leaders and sharing best practices;
  • Developing and promoting the CRM tool and other sales and marketing digital tools within the Group (in charge of budget and roadmap).


TheGlobal Head of Commercial Excellence and CRM leads the Commercial Excellence programme and should:

  • Define the strategy for the Commercial Excellence Team;
  • Prioritise the different initiatives and prepare the roadmap for the team;
  • Ensure and track the success of Commercial Excellence initiatives;
  • Prepare a communication plan to all Eurofins Sales and Marketing Leaders.


As a team manager (~3 Commercial Excellence consultants and the CRM Team), the Global Head of Commercial Excellence and CRM should:

  • Identify the different workstreams, scope the projects and assign the work to the different Commercial Excellence Team members;
  • Assess the performance of each Commercial Excellence Team member and propose a clear development plans, based on their strengths and improvement areas;
  • Act as a role model by demonstrating strong Eurofins values;
  • Manage the budget of the teams.


The Global Head of Commercial Excellence and CRM takes care of the high-level communication with Eurofins top management leaders in order to promote, sell and ensure the rollout of all Commercial Excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education:

o Master’s business degree from University.

  • Experience:

o 10+ years in project management;

o Experience in consulting (internal / external);

o Operational experience in sales, marketing and/or customer service is a plus;

o Training and change management;

o Communication with C-levels;

o Management of a team of high-potentials;

o Drive improvement by gathering insight from other organisations to innovate and drive business performance.

  • Personal skills:

o Autonomous and self-responsible;

o Problem identification and solving skills;

o Strong communication skills both verbal and written;

o Strong collaboration skills in multi-cultural & international environments;

o Results-oriented mindset;

o Curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit with “can-do” mentality;

o Diplomatic but able to stand his/her ground.

  • Travel:

o Willing to travel (around 20% average).

  • Languages:

o Excellent English oral and written a must. Other languages are highly appreciated.

  • Technical knowledge IT:

o VBA, knowledge of CRM tools and marketing solutions.
