Job Description

As Treasury Analyst, you will manage the day to day operational aspects of the Treasury department. You will be involved in hedging operations, cash management, debt and interest management and process improvement projects. You will also support the Group Treasurer on various projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
  • Daily follow-up of Group Cash & Debt position;
  • Assist in mitigating Foreign exchange (FX), Interest rate and Commodity risk as defined and set by the Treasury Committee;
  • Develop Treasury reporting dashboards and introduce Treasury KPIs;
  • Assist in various projects improving Treasury and Cash management processes;
  • Act as the Treasury IT contact to maintain and support global treasury technology solutions;
  • Support local Finance organizations

Profile:
  • Basic requirements
  • University degree (finance / Master MBA corporate finance)
  • Treasury experience (2-5 years)
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral, other European languages are a plus
  • Needed knowledges
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and maintain a high quality work
  • Good communicator (written and oral) able to convey the key focal points in English and French
  • Precise
  • Methodical and organized
  • Treasury Management System experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of Payment platforms (SWIFT, H2H, Payment and reporting formats)
  • Needed skills
  • Flexible
  • Excellent analytical skills (ability to both go into the details and take a helicopter view)
  • Ability to interpret and challenge critical key performance indicators and translate these in relevant management reporting
  • Creativity (willing to bring creative and innovative solutions to problems, reporting and benchmarking needs)
  • Intellectual agility (ability to play with figures – the ability to understand the business reality behind the figures)
