We’re looking for a HCM (Senior) Project Manager - German Speaker
Cornerstone OnDemand has an exciting opportunity. We are seeking a high-functioning individual to join the Delivery Success Team at Cornerstone OnDemand as a HCM (Senior) Project Manager - German Speaker (DSM). This as an exciting opportunity for someone to join our rapidly growing company - providing excellent opportunities to grow and influence the business. In addition, you will be able to share insights and ideas with colleagues, clients and partners who have deep industry experience.

In this role you will... 
  • Have the overall Project Management responsibility for a large number of projects and clients
  • Work directly with clients and partners to obtain frequent and objective feedback about quality of service delivery
  • Provide expertise in project and program governance to clients and partner consultants
  • Work with the sales and alliances teams to determine partner strategy for services projects
  • Execute opportunities and orders for recurring services
  • Deploy and oversee issue remediation strategy to correct escalations as needed
  • Work with partner Project Manager and Implementation team members to ensure compliance with Quality Checkpoints
  • Manage process for sub-contracting to CSOD from service partners
  • Obtain and maintain product certifications and pass quarterly skill checks
  • Work closely with Partners and Partner Enablement to ensure CSOD certified partner resources have the knowledge and tools necessary to deliver high-quality implementations

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have… 
  • Fluency in spoken and written German
  • Ability to present complex technology concepts and resolutions to C-Level Executives in a digestible way
  • Knowledge of industry standards in Program and Project Management and Software Implementation Methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of vendors, products, and services in the Human Resources enterprise application space
  • A history of successfully managing a portfolio of client implementations simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of HR policies and Talent Management best practices
  • Outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills that create positive relationships with colleagues, clients and partners
  • A proven ability to deal with high-stress situations calmly and methodically
  • Prior experience managing 3rd parties during client engagements
  • Experience writing and negotiating Statements of Work and contracts
  • Travel time is about 20-30% under normal circumstances
  • You are located within or close to Germany (We offer a remote contract)
