The Mobile Product Expert creates repair quotations on the mobile racks. He/she works as a commercial,
technical, and administrative person for the Service Department.
2. Key result areas & key deliverables

1. QSHE &
Compliance

  • Responsible for motivating and ensuring everyone works according to the QSHE

standards to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient, and qualitative way.

  • Complies with the goals of Lean and continuous improvements within the company.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all executed activities and processes are following

QSHE standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation.

2. Tasks &
Responsibilities

  • Works as a commercial, technical, and administrative person for the Service

Department.

  • Supports our technicians as our expert on mobile racks.
  • Supports customers by phone with a first error analysis and defines the right action.
  • When necessary, solves our most complex problems on site.
  • Calculates and draws up quotations, follows up major works and when necessary,

follows up the production on site.

  • Ensures good communication and coordination with our customer and the other

internal departments such as R&D, Project Engineering and Production.

  • When necessary, visits the customer’s site and checks the quotation together with

the Responsible Service Manager.

Dienstverband: Voltijds, Onbepaalde duur

Salaris: €3.500,00 - €4.000,00 per maand
