Huawei Belgium Research Center, located in the vibrant city of Leuven, is at the forefront of technological innovation. We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer who is fluent in Dutch to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our collaborative and diverse work environment while supporting the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding en Integratie (Onboarding and Integration):
- Coordinate and facilitate orientation programs for new employees.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Medewerker Relaties (Employee Relations):
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues to foster a positive work environment.
Prestatiemanagement (Performance Management):
- Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
HR Beleid en Compliance (HR Policies and Compliance):
- Stay informed about Belgian labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies comply.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
Voordelen Administratie (Benefits Administration):
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave policies.
Training en Ontwikkeling (Training and Development):
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Support career development initiatives.
HR Rapportage (HR Reporting):
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for decision-making purposes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer, preferably in a Dutch-speaking environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, Chinese is a little plus ;-)
- Strong knowledge of Belgian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
