Today, we offer an HR officer position where you will play a key role in the full employee lifecycle and you will be involved in various HR domains, surrounded by our HR experts.

Here’swhatyou’lldoon a daily basis:

  • Coordinating the candidates’ application process until his/her very first working day, where you will represent the firm and welcome them

  • Prepare & r eview HR legal documents such as offers & contracts

  • Act as a general HR spoc and support our employees with questions logged in our ticketing system

  • Connect with different teams for problem solving, status updates & information sharing

  • Facilitate our leavers offboarding experience

  • Guard our HR operational processes & continuously seek for agile & future proof solutions

  • Guarantee data quality by analysing reports, & performing frequent checks

  • Support in building & maintaining a strong HR Knowledge base

What makes a great HR officer?

  • You are curious and committed to self-reflection, holding yourself accountable for your personal growth while actively sharing lessons learned with others;

  • You take responsibility by sharing insights and collaborating with your team to tackle current challenges and strategically plan for future success;

  • You have a positive mindset & are eager to learn;

  • You love to function in a dynamic, constantly changing environment;

  • You like to work with tools & technology (Zendesk, Asana, Workday) ;

  • You have a first experience in payroll, allowing you to navigate and manage payroll processes with confidence (must have!);

  • You have a basic knowledge of labour law (nice to have!);

  • You know how to deal with sensitive & confidential information;

  • You have an eagle eye for processes & administration;

  • You’re all about giving the best service to our employees;

  • You’re a natural in communication (face to face, phone & email);

  • You ar e fluent in Dutch and English and have a very good knowledge of French.
