To support our Human Resources Team we are looking for an HR Representativefor Turnhout, Belgium. You will be reporting directly to the HR Manager. The team consists of 1 HR Manager and 2 HR Representatives (and local business partners).
Your impact and responsibility will be:
- Ensure business continuity and be responsible for all HR tasks and processes, together with the team, such as company cars, insurances, surveys.
- Advise and support our managers and employees on a broad range of HR related matters including operational and legal HR topics, such as onboarding, absenteeism and performance management
- Lead and support communication processes. For example a newsletter and communication around changes and policies.
- Be a local HR business partner for multiple functions
- Build relationships with unions, syndical delegates and support the CLA process
- Consult on career/skill development opportunities and plans with a view to talent development and succession planning for our teams
- Create and lead change processes and take ownership for (also international) projects in the area of talent management, diversity, equity & inclusion, employee engagement, wellbeing, sustainability, future of work and process optimization
- Successful and constructive collaboration with our HR Center of Excellence (Global Workforce Operations (GWO))
- Degree preferably in the field of human resources, law, business organization or psychology or similar
- Experience as HR Generalist or business partner, preferably in an international (matrix) organization
- Knowledge in the implementation of topics such as employee and organizational development, coaching/advising of managers of as well as handling labor law topics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English. Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of employees and management
