For one of our customers we’re looking for an HR manager (ad interim).

You will be responsible for improving existing HR processes & creating new processes, operational HR (performance reviews, HR budgeting, communication, supporting strategical/tactical initiatives, HR programs,..).

Qualifications

  • > 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Having an earlier experience in a Biotech or pharmaceutical is a plus, but definitely not a must have
  • Corporate, matrix experience is a plus
