Job Opportunity: HVAC & Utilities Engineer

Contract: Freelance/Contract

Duration:12 months +

Location: Mons, Belgium (on-site)

Language: French (& English)

We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC and Utilities Engineer to join an engineering team of 8 professionals, led by the HVAC and Utilities Engineering Lead. The team is focused on studies and execution for ongoing projects, primarily within the HVAC and utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform HVAC studies and calculations
  • Write specifications and manage technical analysis
  • Oversee the creation and management of URS (User Requirement Specifications)
  • Use Revit for 3D design and modeling
  • Follow up on construction phases and collaborate with contractors

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–8 years of experience in HVAC engineering, with a focus on black utilities
  • Strong proficiency in French (almost all projects are in French, so this is a must)
  • Ability to work in a French-speaking environment, although some team members speak English
  • Experience in studies, execution, and construction follow-up
  • Familiarity with Revit and working in a 3D environment
  • Previous experience with greenfield projects is a plus
