As an inside sales rep, you’re a bridge between pricing, people, and performance. You source sharp rates, provide customer quotes, and are responsible for following up on bookings. From first contact to final follow-up, you stay close to the customer, agents, and suppliers, solving problems before they escalate. You stay ahead, updating offers, tracking purchase rates, and keeping systems aligned and informed. You make sure the right people know the right things at the right time. You’re here to learn, grow, and grow into a commercial role.

- You have experience in forwarding and know your way around transport regulations.
- Communication is key. You’re fluent in both Dutch and English.
