We are excited to be recruiting aInternational Artwork Coordinator to join the central team based in Nazareth, Belgium. This colleague will be responsible for coordinating the artwork changes and launches for the Perrigo Consumer Self-Care International top-20 brands including XLS, Dermalex, Coldrex, Niquitin, and Physiomer. They will manage the packaging artwork workflow between marketing, regulatory affairs, and production within an international environment. It will be key to coordinate and control the artwork launch and change processes whilst maintaining the database with up-to-date master artwork.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and manage artwork briefings for design agencies based on final master design and approved text to develop packaging materials.
  • Efficiently review artworks on text images and technical specifications.
  • Monitor quality and time planning of all packaging elements.
  • Maintain daily contact with design agencies, product suppliers and internal departments to ensure the quality of the packaging design & printing.
  • Implement artwork adaptations and manage the approval process across multiple countries, in close contact with the Supply, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing departments and Manufacturers.
  • Strive for maximum creation of language clusters in order to generate cost saving opportunities.
  • Act in accordance with the governing quality standards and legislative rules; Comply to the company’s policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience ideally in area of (artwork) coordination.
  • You have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar position in retail, graphic industry or Pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong Project Management and Time Management skills with ability to prioritize accordingly to the demands of the business.
  • Good communicative and administration skills and have strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to plan and effectively organise comes naturally to you. You work systematically, you keep an overview and can keep your cool working on various projects with tight deadlines.
  • You have a sharp eye for detail!
  • Knowledge of the print processes and technologies is a plus. Having a graphic design background and knowledge of Adobe CS software is an advantage but not a requirement.
