Job description

Provide support to the client end-users within the client main offices within the Collaboration domain.

What you’ll do

Log every Incident or Service request with correct detailed information in the Service Desk tool when it is reported directly to you (walk in)
Handle every Incident or Service request which is assigned to you by Helpdesk
Restore normal service as quickly as possible in case of incidents
Meet or exceed targets set by SLA for addressing Incidents or Service requests
Escalate incidents to the appropriate team if you cannot resolve the issue within pre-defined time intervals
Escalate issues to management
Verify closure of Incident and Service Request as appropriate and after verification with the user / requester
Assist as a member of the team in the development and maintenance of the service desk application, liaising with team members to keep up to date with knowledge about the use of defined tools, templates and standards.
Organize work efficiently and effective with guidance from your manager
Undertake training and development where necessary to maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies
Maintain up to date knowledge of services available

Profile

No previous experience required
Oral and written proficiency in English and (French or Dutch)
Ability to work independently
18 months of relevant work experience - technology implementation experience is a plus
