TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You provide accurate assistance with IT-related problems to colleagues, on-site and remote
  • You are responsible for the purchase and installation of hardware & software
  • You are responsible for our telecommunications
  • You actively participate in various IT projects, such as the implementation of new technologies
  • Besides operational tasks, you also support in the strategic IT overview and think along with the company objectives
  • You are a pioneer in digitalization and think along about optimizations
  • You are a good communicator and are stress-resistant
  • You work closely with and report to the IT Director

PROFILE

  • Education in IT and min. 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role

- You are customer- and result oriented

  • You are communicative and proactive
  • You have experience within Microsoft applications and have knowledge of Windows Client 10, Windows Server 2019, network (routing, TCP/IP, DNS, WAN, DHCP), Firewall (Fortinet) and Wifi
  • Experience in a fashion company is a plus
  • You can communicate fluently in Dutch and English. You can get by in French
