We’re currently looking for an IT/Operations Manager to join our team !

What will you be doing?

  • Management and responsibility of the network infrastructure and systems functionality
  • Balancing the needs and ensure all employees have the right access to the right tools and the right knowledge to use them
  • Coordinate and communicate with all colleagues to make sure that the usage of software and hardware is optimal, and you will also be their point of contact in case of issues.
  • Configuring and managing communication and planning software generally used by the company and specific to each department (e.g. CRM, reporting tools, etc.)
  • Develop relationships with vendors and enabling your insights and recommendations to be relevant
  • Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems (Hardware and Software)
  • Have a hands-on approach in implementing solution

  • A passion for solving new problems and enjoy the challenge of learning new skills and furthering your understanding along the way.
  • Strong data, reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills, be comfortable presenting your ideas in both user-friendly and business manner.
  • Start-up attitude – You’ll be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment, who can think fast on their feet, and delivering high-quality work at the speed which is necessary for successful business growth.
  • A demonstrated eagerness to help others grow
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in English
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role

Bonus points if you

  • Have experience in a software as a service /scale up company
  • Are not shy to be on camera. Have you seen our videos by the way?
  • Are a dog person (Just kidding...or are we?)
