IT PRD Monitor - West Flanders - 12 months +

My client is looking for an IT PRD Monitor for an indefinite contract.

Objectives
  • Monitoring and handling of IT Incidents (1st/2nd line support) of the use my client’s software, initially in the production environment.
  • Organising the installations of new software and putting it into production.
  • Communicate about production problems.
  • Delegate to 3rd line/experts depending on urgency/timing and impact on the business.
  • Execution and follow up of various Batch executions.
  • Co-ordination of "release" installations.
  • Help with various projects.
Required
  • Relevant 3 years minimum experience in IT industry dealing with both internal and external customers (required)
  • Knowledge and experience in IT Applications (preferred)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Fluent Flemish or French
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Tools, T-SQL Scripting, SQL Knowledge and various technical tools for monitoring, debugging, control of IT systems etc ..
