For each stakeholder in the process, Esko solutions enable them to deliver right-first-time packaging and marketing content.WITHIN YOUR TEAMAs a Tier 2 IT Support Engineer you will support our associates via Microsoft Teams, phone calls, email and in-person interactions. You will ask appropriate questions and use your knowledge to resolve the associate’s helpdesk tickets. You will work with the rest of the global team to resolve issues as they arise and escalate issues as needed.THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TOGrow your knowledge and skills while supporting users in their day-to-day activities. You will learn new technologies and create standard work to help associates use those new technologies. Your attention to details will help you expand your knowledge and resolve support requests in a timely manner.WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets via email, in-person, or through remote access such as MS Teams
  • Provide technical support with the delivery, configuration, setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Training new associates on their first day, training existing associates as needed
  • Create and maintain standard work documentation for new and existing processes
  • Coordinate with a global team on supporting a global user base
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:
  • Experienced in supporting Dell (laptop/desktop) and Apple (Mac/iOS) systems
  • Good problem-solving, analytical and team-working skills
  • Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, including to back-end administration such as ticket documentation, CMDB and KB updates
  • Open to new learning new technologies

  • Previous experience in Tier 2 IT support
  • Thorough knowledge of Windows, Mac and iOS operating systems, Microsoft Office and proper hardware setup of computers is required.
  • Experience with AD and MDM (SCCM, Jamf) is a plus.
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical skills as well as good communication and customer support skills
  • Experience with setting up computers including both the hardware and software aspects
