•Manage Billing Account/Corrections - Developer Profile
Context:
•Manage Billing Account (MBA) and Manage Billing Corrections (MBC) applications are being build in scope of IT Transformation projects. These applications expose Business Capabilities API’s related to Billing Account & Billing Corrections.
•They are build in-house, from scratch, based on modern technologies (Java on Open Shift container, REST-API’s, Couchbase dB (NoSQL, document-oriented), CI/CD,), and are key-components in the Revenue Tribe applications portfolio of Proximus.

Technology:
•Java 8 (lambda, streams), Spring Boot 2, Spring Security (SSL,)
•REST-API & SOAP-Based- API’s
•Database: Oracle dB [mandatory], Couchbase document/object based database [optional]
•Openshift container platform (build on Docker) [optional]
•Unix/Linux shell scripting (bash/ksh)

Tools used:
•Eclipse (development IDE)
•Postman (RestAPI-testing), SoapUI (Soap-based-API-testing)
•Jenkins (for CI/CD), Maven (build tool)
•GIT (versioning tool)
•JIRA (supporting agile way of working, backlog management, defects management,)

Way of working:
•Scaled Agile Framework
•Agile scrum: Scrum Ceremonies, working & delivering in Sprints, Backlog,
•Fast pacing.

Languages:
•English and Dutch or French
