As aJr. Trade MarketeerE-commerceyou’ll play a big role in strengthening the retail presence of our strong brands in LED lighting and smart lighting (Philips LED, Philips Hue and WiZ). This role is part of the trade marketing team which consists of five people who are closely working together with retailers in the channels Online, ERT, DIY and Food. We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for (digital) marketing and building strong brands. If you match this description, get in touch!
What you’ll do
Realize best-in-class retail presentation online and on the shopfloor (e-tailer product- and brand pages, shelf planograms, branded displays etc.)
Maximize and optimize product distribution through portfolio recommendations and (digital) shelf visions.
Maximize visibility and findability of our products on retailer e-stores (SEO, SEA, banners, page navigation and filtering)
Optimize e-commerce conversion rates through ratings & reviews programs and shopper centric content (commercial texts, images, video’s)
Design and implement promotions and brand activation activities at our retailers (crm, on-site bannering, sponsored products, atl campaigns etc.)
Co-manage customer media budgets focused on maximizing ROI.
Create instore- and e-commerce content that guide, engage, inform and convert shoppers (e.g. POS, banners, video’s)
Analyze retail metrics to turn them into commercial improvements and initiatives (site metrics, sales, shopper research)
Monitor category-, retail- and competitive activity for insights on emerging opportunities, trends and best-in-class approaches.
Create and hold customer presentations (category visions, new product introductions, shop presentations, promotions, campaigns etc.)
You are…
You have a master’s degree in Business or Marketing
You have 1-2 years experience in B2C (digital) sales or marketing (this can include internships)
You speak fluently Dutch and English languages, additionally French is an advantage
You are data-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset with a good understanding of working with data
You have a certain level of self-assertiveness which makes you feel comfortable when interacting with customers
