You will be responsible of one brand of FSM Group which means you will support the global growth strategy of the Marketing dept. and compete to support the brand in being the best of the group internationally. You report to the Marketing Manager and will be working from our HQ in Brussels.

Description


Your key tasks

  • Implementing digital marketing strategies through the website, SEA campaigns, job boards, social medias, …
  • Monitoring & identifying new opportunities by generating and analysing weekly and monthly reports of KPIs and quality service.
  • Building the Branding Image in all aspects in collaboration with the Marketing Manager (external communication, pictures, videos)
  • Optimizing, measuring and reporting on acquisition of clients and candidates
  • Writing content to increase visibility on blogs and social medias
  • Assisting Marketing Manager in key projects management
  • Assisting the internal communication within the brand (Employer branding)
  • Collaborating on Events & Budget

Profiles


Profile

  • Bachelor/ Masterin Marketing, Communication.
  • Very strong English skills both spoken and written
  • You have an analytical mind (reporting in Excel and Salesforce)
  • High level of Dutch OR French
  • Business-oriented & competitor
  • You know your way around MS office suite (excel!)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Canva / Salesforce is a plus
