Job Description
As Junior District Manager, you hold a pivotal position as the primary point of contact for our franchisees. Whether it’s a quick request like, "Hey, do we have any marketing material for our upcoming weekend promotion, Pascal?" or any other operational need, you effortlessly bridge the gap between our Central Services and our independent operators. And hey, your name doesn’t have to be Pascal to excel at this role!

The Successful Applicant
- You have a Master degree in Economics or equivalent
- You have 3-4 years of experience in Sales, District management in Retail - Food sector
- You have People management experience
- You are a born negotiator because this skill will be essential in establishing good collaborations every day.
- You hold customer orientation in high regard and expect the same from your franchisees.
- Problems? They don’t exist for you. On the other hand, you see opportunities everywhere due to your solution-oriented mindset.
- Numbers are necessary, but proper interpretation is even more important. You know better than anyone how to translate each figure.
- If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go as a team. You walk the talk as a true team player.
- You have proven all these skills in a previous experience in retail/hospitality with multiple locations. And what you don’t have yet, you can still acquire. Our operational team is here to help you develop your skills.
- You are perfectly fluent in French, Dutch and English.
