Junior Field Marketing Specialist

Barco is seeking an innovative, hands-on, motivated and proactive Field Marketing Specialist to support and execute Field Marketing initiatives and actions that will drive growth of our Meeting Experience business in EMEA and AMERICAS.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Development and follow up of Ad material for paid advertising (copy, images, translations ...)
  • Execution and follow up of translations and reviews with external agency
  • Development/execution of newsletters (end user and resellers)
  • Execution of digital marketing campaigns and actions covering the whole customer journey/flow
  • Organize and follow up of local Barco events in EMEA in collaboration with Sales and local teams
  • Setup and organization of virtual events & webinars using marketing automation flows (invitations, registrations, capture leads, thank you mails...)
  • Support Field Marketing and Channel marketing programs and actions
  • Admin support for PR/PO creation, orders, etc.


Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree required – preferably in Marketing and/or Communication

Experience:
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience – internship with marketing focus counts as well
  • Fresh graduates are welcome

Skills:
  • Able to work well independently and in a team environment, and interact with individuals at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to bring together key stakeholders to work together collaboratively in executing marketing activities
  • Learning to work with our internal digital tools (Marketo, Zoom, Teams, Zapier, Sitecore, DAM, Salesforce, SAP…)
  • Marketing planning and execution
  • Project management
  • Tradeshow and event management
  • Some graphic design and copywriting skills are a plus
  • Fluently speak and write English and at least 1 other WE language (FR, Dutch, German) – extra languages is a plus
