Job Summary

  • Incident management:

  • Communication with SME, Stake holders and Business User/SME

Key Responsibilities

  • Incident management:
    • Act as first line of support
    • End to end incident management
    • Redact Knowledgebase article for future incident resolution
    • Monitoring Application health
  • Problem management:
    • Proactive and reactive problem management
    • Create and manage problem tickets.
    • Coordinate end to end problem resolution (Infrastructure, Network, DB & product vendors as appropriate)
  • Change management:
    • Create, manage change requests.
    • Follow up on change activities.
    • Perform change activities as needed (IQ/OQ tests)
  • Application Operations & Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage application patching (installation, coordination with product vendor)
    • Create installation procedures as appropriate.
    • Create and manage asset information in CMDB.
    • Manage application accesses (create/modify/disable)
    • Create/update service desk guide.
    • Create/update configuration guide.

Essential Skills

  • Having overall storng of experience with good hands-on experience with LabWare-LIMS on the following areas as a minimum:
  • Pharma template understanding (relationship between Item Code, Sample Plan, Analysis, Analysis Variation and Product)
  • End to End Product configuration knowledge.
  • Analysis configuration with Calculation (knowledge of variations is desirable).
  • Good knowledge of LIMS Basic – format calculations, analysis component calculations (variables properties, writing basic algorithms)
  • Knowledge of Labware Sample life cycle
  • SQL knowledge to extract data in Labware Structure (sometimes it is used in analyses calculations)
  • Experience in working on multiple environments of the same LW-LIMS implementation (development, QA/Staging, production)
  • (Mandatory) Proficiency working with Office tools, Windows, Adobe pdf, MS Access.
  • (Mandatory) Ability to learn fast and flexibility.
  • (Mandatory) Good communication skills in online environment, being trustworthy and reliable. Being focused and goal oriented, organized.
  • Must be fluent in French language (both verbal and written communications)

Nice to Have Skills

  • Good Knowledge in Neugenesis, Biovia ELN and Empower

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and above
