Your workplaceAt Expertum, we have an exciting position available as a Junior Maintenance Supervisor in the Hasselt region. We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to take the lead of the maintenance team at a leading company.FunctionAs a Junior Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning maintenance activities for machinery and equipment. Working closely with the team, your role will involve ensuring efficiency and reliability of the production process. Your tasks will include:
  • Developing maintenance schedules and assigning tasks to the team.
  • Ensuring timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Monitoring the quality and safety of the maintenance process.
  • Reporting progress and any issues to the relevant parties.
Your profile
  • You hold a technical degree in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
  • You have relevant work experience in a maintenance role, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Good knowledge of maintenance strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • You are results-oriented, problem-solving, and safety-conscious.
