Welcome to MTI² - The Marketing, Technology and Innovation Institute. We were founded by prof. dr. Stefan Stremersch, a globally renowned thought leader on marketing and innovation.

As aJunior Marketeer, you will be supporting the planning, development and implementation of the overall content strategy based on our goals and objectives.

Join our expanding dream-team that works in the field of Innovation and Marketing consulting and training. We assist leading companies as they shape the future through customer-centric innovation and business excellence.

As a Junior Marketeer
  • You will generate interesting content & an attractive look-and-feel of the content.
  • You will set up inbound marketing strategies and execute them as well as help manage the website and LinkedIn channels to optimally portray our offering as well as position us in the right way towards future employees.
  • You analyze the results of your marketing actions and you report in an inspiring way.
  • You can pro-actively act and change your strategy based on your results.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
  • loves to generate content and build communities
  • has an eye for detail as well as an eye for design (graphic design/editing skills are a bonus)
  • is excellent in English (both speaking & writing)
  • is social and very strong in communicating: building productive relationships with colleagues as well as with customers
  • has a first relevant experience in marketing communication, content creation, inbound marketing, digital marketing
  • has a professional bachelor in sales, marketing or communication
  • has a hands-on mentality and loves to learn-by-doing: you have a real ‘kick-ass’ mentality and want to help to grow our business
  • is flexible and open to new challenges
