Providing high quality support for Partners relating to service, orders, marketing tools and sales/incentive programs, recognition.
Responsibilities
- 50% administrative service agent tasks: Handle phone calls from partners in a friendly & patient manner, entering orders by phone / mail, process partner requests, service emails, payments, adhoc tasks (bulk mailings, etc.)
- 50% Partner Support; first point of contact for all LR business activities: Compensation/marketing plan and career plan expert, LR business tools, Incentives / competitions / promotions - execution and follow-up plus constant communication/activation of the participants, frequent contact with leaders.
- Occasional travel and weekend work (initially every 1-2 months).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Higher education diploma
- Min. 3 years of experience in service/sales related position
- Social Selling experience a plus
- Bi-lingual Dutch / French, good English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Digital savy (preferably)
- Excellent communications skills
