WESTPOLEis looking for a Junior Payroll and HR Admin profile to join its international team!

As a Junior Payroll and HR Admin you will support the HR department in various functions, including payroll processing, administration of employee benefits, and maintenance of employee records.

You will assist in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations within the organization.

Your day-to-day:

  • Assist with the processing of payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrolments, changes, and addressing inquiries.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including preparation of offer letters, orientation sessions, and completion of new hire paperwork.
  • Contribute to employee relations activities, addressing concerns and facilitating communication between employees and management.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably with exposure to payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Communication skills in English, French and Dutch required
