Glam Tours arranges surgery in countries around the world, and we are continuously looking to add new countries to our repertoire.

Role Description

This is a Junior Project Assistant role at Glam Tours, located in Brussels, with flexibility for some remote work. The Junior Project Assistant will work closely with senior project managers and assist with daily operations, project coordination, and communication with clients and vendors. The Junior Project Assistant will also prepare reports, maintain project records, and learn to manage smaller projects independently.

Qualifications
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Interest in medical tourism and healthcare services industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Tourism, or related field
  • Fluency in English (any additional language is a plus)
