We have offices in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany & Luxembourg. Because of our great ambition to open many more offices in Europe (and further) we are activly looking to expand our Corporate Recruitment team! Are you passionate about sales & recruitment? Description

  • You are responsible for sourcing and finding suitable candidates for our offices in Europe
  • You question your candidates about their motivation, personality, skills and ambitions
  • You sell the job and our company to your candidate, you explain them our core values and our USP’s and you will convince them why working for FSM Group is the best experience they will ever have
  • Once you’re convinced about your candidate you will present them to the hiring managers
  • You will follow up the whole recruitment process and you will act as a great contact person for both parties
  • You’ll book a final interview with our CEO and when positive you’ll make a contract
  • Your goal is to fill all our open positions and ensure the growth of FSM Group together with your team

Profiles

  • You’re fluent in French or Dutch and English. Any other language will be considered as an advantage
  • You’re motivated, driven by results and FUN
  • You have a bachelor degree
  • You have a can do attitude
