James Woodman is part of FSM Group, a growing sales organisation active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany and France. We are looking for people who have drive, are hungry and who want to be great. For us it’s all in the attitude and mindset.

  • As a Sales Consultant, you will be a driving force in the development of our brand inBelgium
  • You will be the middle (wo)man in which you will be responsible for actively promoting candidates to James Woodman’s clients
  • Conducting job interviews is a daily task
  • You will write attractive job offers that meet the requirements of the clients
  • You are always proactively looking for new business opportunities to expand your own portfolio and develop long-term relationships
  • You will negotiate, sell, and conclude agreement between you clients and candidates
  • As a consultant, you also have an important role to play in guiding candidates in their search for a new challenge

  • You are a competitive, ambitious and drive Salesperson
  • You are fluent in English and also speakFrench or Dutch
  • You are determined and ready to give your best
