Your Profile:
Your profile:
  • You possess a (A2/A1) degree in car mechanics or equivalent by experience
  • You have a good knowledge of vehicle basics/fundamentals
  • You are a meticulous person and have an eye for details and spotting a visual item
  • You are a practical and hands on kind of person
  • You are well organised, and your flexibility makes you a perfect team player
  • You have a good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint are an added value
  • You are fluent in English (working language), any other European language will be considered as an asset
  • You enjoy travelling frequently (25%) across Europe and to the Global Headquarters in Japan
  • You possess a valid driving license
  • Knowledge in Hybrid/EV vehicle technology is an asset

Your team and your responsibilities:

Within the Quality Division of Toyota’s European Headquarters, you will reinforce a team of technicians in the Project Quality Department. Their main activities are performing New Model Evaluations and Vehicle Durability Testing. As we are moving towards a Mobility Company, in addition to the vehicle projects, our scope is expanding to mobility and value-added (connected) services. We are currently looking for an additional (Junior) technician to strengthen all aspects of our operation.

Your responsibilities:
  • New Vehicle Evaluations and Vehicle Durability testing: After initial training, you will perform vehicle and parts Quality Confirmation activities during the development of new models.
  • You are responsible to summarize your audit/evaluation results in a written audit report and follow up selected items to ensure Quality Improvement, so the found problems will not happen again.
  • During your office-based time, you are assisting the team in the audit activity planning, preparation and practical arrangements.
