Job description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts;
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs;
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities;
Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights;
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins and ensure long-term partnerships;
Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any issues or concerns promptly;
Build-up customer intimacy.

Your profile

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in economics;
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the logistics industry;
Experience in industrial commodity is a plus;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Proficiency in English and Dutch. French is a plus;
Commercially driven personality with a pit-bull mentality.
