You easily communicate with other stakeholders within the organization to share user requirements and expectations, to participate in problem solving exercises, and to provide input & feedback during improvement projects.As the teamlead of the kitbuilding department, you are rigorous in the creation and application of procedures and work instruction and have the ability to shield your team from influences that would blur their focus and make them deviate from the applicable standards.You are always striving for operational excellence through standardization, continuous improvement (PDCA) and by applying visual management.Your responsibilities will be:
  • Correct worldwide shipping of medical kits.
  • Supporting staff in their daily operations
  • Reporting daily results and issues/risks to Manager
  • Improving life at the shopfloor
  • Ensure correct application and respect of established standards
  • Continuous Improvement of established standards
  • Monitor order progression and shipments (incl. communication)
  • Increase process efficiency
  • Pro-active exception management (communication, problem solving, …)
  • Participation in Problem Solving exercises and contribute to Investigation team meetings (Quality Events, Operational Excellence)
