Job Description
Legal Advisor Clusters



Support of the Legal Advisors in the social secretariat. The Legal advisor serves the customers of this service and supports the Legal Advisors of Cluster 1 and Cluster 2 if necessary.
These are mainly questions related to the industrial sector and construction, to a lesser extent the catering, food and retail. However, other sectors can also be discussed.
The questions concerning matters labeled as ’advisory’ ie all employment law questions related
to the recruitment, employment and dismissal of employees and that are linked to the pay roll
and the legal obligations of the employer.
Questions regarding more complex matters (which require more than 1.5 hours) are forwarded to
Securex’s legal consultants.
The assignment can be carried out in Kortrijk or our office in Ghent.
