Your Mission

The Maintenance Manager/Supervisor, secures efficiently the technical availability of the production equipment of the TWA`s assembly line, buildings, grounds and other equipment, necessary for the continued support of plant operations.

The place of work is in our plant in Gent - MCSyncro.

Your Responsibilities

Production/Technique

  • Maintains the technical and production availability of assembly process of ready-made TWA´s
  • Secures the availability of production line (reduce trouble shooting, best quality, optimal amount, etc.)
  • Carries out actions in case of deviation (repair, maintenance, programming, etc.)
  • Maintains the plant process in terms of availability and reduction of downtime
  • Maintains all parts of production line (machine maintenance, trouble shooting, repair, preventive)
  • Maintains and administrates the spare part stockroom Improves and optimizes the parameter of production line/assembly line efficiency

Quality

  • Maintains proper maintenance and cares for all assets
  • Develops a continuous improvement mind-set
  • Maintains environmental, safety and quality standards

Administration

  • Reports weekly on maintenance activities and monthly reports
  • Plans resources whether investments, internal/external maintenance with documentation
  • Develops and implements preventive maintenance plans
  • Plans and implements improvements of production line
  • Plans machine capacity analysis

Relationship

  • Guides, motivates, develops and monitors the subordinated employee’s
  • Develops good and strong relations to technical service companies
  • Trains the operators in technical-needs

Your Profile

  • Educational level or equivalent experience: Technical education
  • Specific technical knowledge, technical skills, knowledge of applications, …:
  • 3 years as a technician in production company
  • Comprehensive understanding of Tire-Wheel assembly
  • Pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanic and industrial process measurement and control
  • PLC7 knowledge
  • SPS-knowledge
  • MS-Office skills
  • Good in English
  • Comprehensive knowledge of applicable IATF principles
  • Flexible work time
