Job Purpose and Impact

The Market & Business Intelligence Advisor, as a subject matter authority, will independently plan, direct, control, conduct and analyze customer oriented market research activities to detect potential customers and markets for company products and services. In this role, you will develop and maintain marketing databases and dashboards with internally driven or externally derived information sources.

Key Accountabilities
  • Create deep insights of relevant markets and provide recommendations to guide strategic choices for the global CCST business
  • Use market research strategies and tools to create actionable insights on drivers of assigned markets, identify growth opportunities and create market and product strategies
  • Map supply and demand landscapes, size and assess attractiveness of relevant markets, lead PESTLE analyses for relevant industries, markets and customer/consumer groups
  • Support decision making for innovation and business projects with relevant market and competitive intelligence, value chain analyses, business case and scenario planning
  • Proactively contribute to and populate the strategic MADJV gameboard
  • Compellingly communicate and present insights and recommendations with confidence
  • Close collaboration with the strategy & innovation leadership team, pillar/segment leads, R&D, local and global product line and pricing managers, and other commercial and strategic stakeholders
  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • FP&A, Business Development, Product Line, strategic marketing experience is a plus
  • B2B strategic marketing experience
  • Self-starter & ability to solve problems and work in Ambiguity
  • Analytical skills & Quantitative experience
  • Data visualization experience
  • Strong presentation skills
