We’re hiring a Marketing & Customer Journey Expert

We’re looking for a medior Customer Journey Exper t to join the Value Proposition Commercial Life team of our client, a leading insurance company based in Brussels. This team aims to provide marketing solutions to the customers (businesses and their employees, individuals and self-employed) and to offer them a better user experience. More specific, the team is in charge of marketing projects and writing marketing and communication content.

Your challenge

You will contribute to the implementation of the marketing plan initiatives based on the Life business strategy, focusing on:

3 areas: Customer Journey, production growth, servicing & digitalization.

5 customer segmentations: Retail, independent, SME, corporate and public sector, in collaboration with internal departments (operations, product management, IT, distribution...)

What’s expected from you?:
Improve the Customer Journey and develop Value Proposition through customer journeys.

Develop, coordinate and represent marketing in cross-functional projects and use market research to take the necessary measures to strengthen the image, product and service offering, quality of service, customer experience and stimulate sales.

Develop customer strategies for customer acquisition, development, retention and loyalty, in collaboration with other departments.

Conduct impact analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure and optimise their effectiveness and take necessary action.

Develop, develop and test original and creative concepts to adopt innovative marketing

Deploying upsell and cross-sell campaigns while ensuring end-to-end execution

Develop customer marketing content with a focus on digital development of specific content for the distribution network and internal sales force

Are you the one? - Your profile

You have around 5 years of experience in marketing.

Good knowledge of insurance products.

Hands-on approach, 360º customer focus.

Excellent communication skills.

You speak at least 2 languages, Dutch or French and English.
