The opportunity


As Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the creation, implementation and evaluation of campaign plans to support a defined objective by the Marketing Managers for the Belgian Market. These campaigns can target both new and existing customers.


Your day-to-day responsibilities include

  • Coordination campaign projects from A-Z : from the briefing until the evaluation and reporting to all the parties involved (internal stakeholders, communication agencies,… )
  • Definition of the end-to-end customer journey and propose the right channels (on- and offline) and messages to reach the target audience
  • When needed, implementation of the campaign in the marketing automation tool
  • Measurement of campaign performance
  • Based on the results of a campaign, ongoing improvement of the performance of the next campaigns
  • SEO / SEA, Google Analytics, Google Ads help to have a continuous view of the digital channels and need to boost if necessary
  • Work closely with internal & external stakeholders such as agencies
  • Budget responsibility for the responsible campaigns


Your Profile


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • A first experience in marketing communication or campaign management is required
  • Analytical way of thinking
  • Positive attitude and are always eager to learn
  • Self-starting mindset: be able to work on own initiative
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you will get things done
  • Strong team player
  • Interest in technology or online business
  • Social media knowledge
  • Knowledge in Marketing automation
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, with at least an intermediate level of French
